Guiding Principles Exemplar Award Nominees – April 2020

This month, CampusWorks is proud to recognize two awesome team members who were nominated for the Guiding Principles Exemplar Award, a peer recognition program. These individuals demonstrate the highest standards of service and collaboration with their clients and colleagues. Please join us in celebrating their outstanding accomplishments…

Gabrielle Jones | Coordinator, Client Logistics & Administrative Operations

Gabrielle JonesPrinciples recognized:

» If it is good for the client, it is good for CampusWorks.
» Our people and results distinguish us.

Why she was nominated:

“Gabrielle was instrumental in one of the deliverables needed for a client during its RFP. We delivered an Organizational Readiness Report. To build this report, we used an online questionnaire application. Gabrielle learned this application and set up a logic-tree based on the demographics and how respondents answered, and this information provided the basis for the report. Gabrielle did what was good for the client. She did what she said she would do with the survey and the data. She coordinated with the internal and client teams to develop an important document for the client. When there were issues with the vendor or survey, she worked to get issued resolved quickly.”

Bill Frowine | Senior Optimization Executive & Program Manager

Bill FrowinePrinciples recognized:

» We work with, not around.

Why he was nominated:

“Bill exemplifies the guiding principle ‘we work with, not around’ in his daily interactions with our clients. One client had complaints about a prior vendor relationship that operated ‘in the dark’ without any transparency. Bill’s good nature and genuine wilingness to help was shown from day one at the client site and has continued to build as Bill (and his guide dog, Owen) have become a key piece of the overall successful partnership with that client. Bill was able to garner support with campus administration, staff, and faculty. Early in the relationship, the faculty senate leader announced in her monthly update to the board, ‘I don’t know where you found CampusWorks but they have been incredible!’ The senior vice chancellor noted that this recognition was a huge victory. Thanks to Bill for helping us forge strong relationships with our clients.”
