Dr. Joseph Rossmeier is a results-driven technologist with the strategic vision and technical expertise needed to; turnaround troubled IT environments, improve service delivery, and ensure colleges, universities and systems successfully conquer their wicked challenges and deliver on their institutional mission. With over 35 years of experience in higher education, Joe is masterful at leveraging his expansive leadership experience and firsthand knowledge of institutional operations to advise senior higher education leaders on the strategic priorities facing them across multiple areas including; planning and management, shared services, administrative computing, academic computing, web services, technical infrastructure, security services, emergency services, annual and biannual budgeting, IT governance, grant development, institutional research and effectiveness, and advancing student success.

Joe is an active member of his community and enjoys numerous professional affiliations. He received his BS in Industrial Technologies from the University of Wisconsin. An MA in Sociology/Personnel Services from Michigan State University and his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan.
