The Challenge
The Registrar’s Office at a Managed Services client site faced ongoing challenges with antiquated manual form submissions. Communication was a game of telephone between the Registrar’s Office, students, and faculty, advisors, and department chairs. The process was slow and fragmented, placing a heavy burden on staff and leaving significant room for error and miscommunication.
The Solution
The CampusWorks team designed and implemented a new form intake workflow and digital portal with the Registrar’s Office. The portal allows students to easily submit forms online, while instructors and advisors can log into their own portal to review, accept, or deny requests through an intuitive interface. After nearly a year of development, the new system was launched and made available to students, faculty, and staff.
