From Data to Direction: Making Institutional Intelligence Your Strategic Superpower
Colleges and universities are awash in data but translating that data into decisions that improve student outcomes, inform academic planning, and guide strategic investments remains a major challenge. For academic and student affairs leaders in particular, the stakes are high: enrollment shifts, retention pressure, equity gaps, resource constraints, and growing demands for accountability all demand faster, smarter action.
Strategic plans may offer a vision, but without actionable insights, it’s nearly impossible to align day-to-day work with long-term goals, or to prove impact in meaningful ways.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how to turn institutional intelligence into your most trusted leadership advisor.
