Dr. Franks,
This page was built for MGCCC. It is a short, candid outside read on the College’s operating environment, prepared by CampusWorks + Dynamic Campus using publicly available information.
Excelerate 2030’s commitments to transformative technology and stronger data insight will require careful choices about recurring support and new investment. As MGCCC advances the plan, the financial question is how to provide the capacity those priorities require while preserving flexibility across the budget.

Three things caught our attention.
- The technology agenda combines new investment and recurring support. Both belong in the financial view of Excelerate 2030.
- Existing capabilities should be understood before priorities are funded. A baseline can reveal where current tools and expertise could do more.
- Delivering the plan calls for capacity with budget flexibility. The financial question is how to resource the plan while preparing for ongoing operational needs.

Why MGCCC? Why now?
- Excelerate 2030 names technology and data priorities. Support choices can be evaluated against that agenda.
- Enrollment priorities require effective support. The College can examine the capacity needed to sustain services.
- Investment and ongoing support are connected. Planning them together can give leadership a fuller picture of delivery requirements.
This is a useful moment to step back because the evaluation is most valuable while important choices are still open — before the next operating model becomes the default.

What you can expect from a Different Perspective evaluation

- Quick wins and areas for growth highlighting opportunities for near-term improvement as well as areas requiring longer-term attention.
- High-level strategies and forward-looking options, including a 12–18-month recommendation roadmap to help guide sequencing and next steps.
- Core systems analysis covering the institution’s ERP, SIS, CRM, and related platforms.
- Initial maturity assessment of operational practices, governance, AI maturity, and cybersecurity posture.
- Prioritized themes for improvement or change identifying the areas that warrant the greatest attention, investment, or further exploration.

Before you carry today’s model forward, get a different perspective.
No proposal. No obligation. No requirement to change providers. No commitment of any kind.
Just an independent perspective on what the current model delivers, what the institution needs next, and whether those two things are still aligned.
